From our experience, this is the best lower cost hotel on the strip.  It is centrally located and has an indoor amusement park that is quite nice for school age kids. You can book the older 2 story rooms where you can park by your room and not have to go through the casino to get to you car.  Closely themed to the Holiday Inn rooms from the 70s.  If you book the Manor Rooms you also get a refrigerator.
